Supplier risk management in the UK
One-off contractor checks are useful at the gate — but risk changes over time. Supplier risk management means continuously monitoring the companies you work with so you’re alerted to new HSE notices, overdue filings, director changes, or status changes before they become a problem.
How it works
Add companies to your watch list by UK company number (from Companies House). We monitor each one using live Companies House events and weekly HSE enforcement data. When we detect a change that matters for risk — a new notice, overdue accounts, or a director disqualification — we raise an alert. You can receive alerts by email or, on higher plans, via webhook for integration with your own systems.
Every check and alert is stored in an append-only log so you have a defensible audit trail for procurement, compliance, and auditors. See our pricing for watch-list limits and alert options.
Who it’s for
Procurement and supply chain teams that maintain approved contractor or supplier lists; health and safety managers who need to know when a contractor’s compliance position changes; and compliance or audit functions that need a single, time-stamped record of due diligence. Our plans scale from a handful of watched companies to hundreds or thousands, with optional API access for enterprise workflows.
What we monitor
- New and updated HSE enforcement notices matched to your suppliers
- Companies House filing events (accounts, confirmation statements)
- Overdue filings and confirmation statements
- Company status changes (e.g. active → dissolved)
- Director and disqualified-officer data
All of this feeds into the same risk engine we use for one-off contractor due diligence, so your watch list and your ad-hoc checks use one consistent view.
